Call for Justice

On 22 July, 2005, Jean Charles de Menezes was shot dead, by police who mistook him for one of four would-be suicide bombers who attacked London's transport system the previous day. To date no person or persons have been charged with his murder. Corporate liability and duty of care by law applies to all public services, including the police. Positions of command carry great responsibility. It is therefore necessary for those responsible be brought to book and charged with unlawful killing of Jean Charles de Menezes
